¯ R. Duane Ellis, 60, 12810 State Route 339, Vincent, driving a 2011 Dodge Ram Pickup with a trailer was traveling northbound on County Route 6 in Waterford Township Sept. 12 when he went off the right side of the roadway and overturned down an embankment. No suspected injuries were reported and he was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.

¯ Raul E. Davila Diaz, 27, 158 Seneca Trail, Erlanger, Ky., driving a 2019 Chevy Colorado Pickup was traveling southbound on Interstate 77 in Jefferson Township Sept. 2 when he drove off the left side of the roadway into the grass median, overcorrected, and slid back onto the roadway and overturned. Diaz had suspected minor injuries but was not transported and was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.

¯ A 17 year old Lowell resident was northbound on Township Road 32 in Muskingum Township Sept. 3 when his 2007 Jeep Liberty went off the right side of the roadway and struck a utility box. No suspected injuries were reported and he was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.

¯ Jason R. Hosom, 44, 132 Riverview Drive, Marietta, driving a 2014 Nissan Titan Pickup was eastbound on Township Road 346 in Reno Sept. 9 and Johanna R. Whitehair, 54, 205 Covengton Way, Vienna, driving a 2015 Kia Optima was traveling westbound on Township Road 346 when both failed to yield the left half of the roadway and struck each other on a hill crest. Whitehair spun and came to rest blocking lanes on Township Road 346. Whitehair had suspected minor injuries but was not transported and Hosom had possible injuries and was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital by EMS. No charges were filed.

¯ Bjorn A. Martinsen, 26, 18 Painters Crossing, Williamstown, driving a 2020 Volkswagen Golf GTI owned by Cynthia D. Brock of 18 Painters Crossing, Williamstown, was traveling northbound on Ohio 26 in Marietta Sept. 4 when he failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the left side of the roadway, and struck a fence. No suspected injuries were reported and he was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.

¯ Michael D. Tullius, 57, 113 Hupp Road, Beverly, driving a tractor towing a wide piece of farm equipment was traveling southbound on Township Road 117 in Waterford Township Sept. 1 when Lewis White, 19, 2535 Garfield Blvd., driving a 2020 Nissan Kicks owned by Janayda A. Gerena of 2506 East 35th St., Lorain, was traveling northbound on Township Road 117, moved to the right of the roadway, and stopped. Tullius went off the right side of the roadway and the farm equipment struck White when passing by. No suspected injuries were reported and no charges were listed.

¯ David M. Fleming, 62, 815 Walnut St., Caldwell, was driving northbound on Ohio 339 in Watertown Township Sept. 7 when Robert W. Waugh, 59, 3225 Madison St., Stockport, driving a 2011 Dodge Caravan Minivan owned by Donna Dixon of 3225 Madison St., Stockport, was traveling northbound on Ohio 339 behind Fleming when he struck Fleming and pushed him sideways into the southbound lane. Fleming had possible injuries but was treated on the scene by Waterford-Beverly EMS. Waugh was charged with not keeping assured clear distance. The patrol report noted distraction outside the vehicle.

¯ Joyel D. Caplinger, 31, 3515 Burnett Road, Cutler, driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am was traveling westbound on Ohio 550 when Caplinger swerved to miss a deer, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment, overturned. Minor injuries were suspected, but Capliner was not transported. Caplinger was charged with operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.
