The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Oct. 20.

Oct. 16:

Anna L. Allen, 25, of Belpre was cited for having no operator license and expired registration.

Alfred H. Martin III, 37, Vincent, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on fail to appear warrants out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charges of driving under suspension and display of license plates.

Oct. 17:

Kassandra J. Ingram, 31, Vienna, was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on the charges of having physical control of motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 18:

Amanda S. Morris, 47, of Reedsville was cited for fail to yield turning left.
