PARKERSBURG -- Chris Hall, CPFA, a founding partner and CEO, HFA, Senior Financial Advisor, RJFS, of Hall Financial Advisors, 1101 Rosemar Road, Parkersburg, was among the Raymond James-affiliated advisers named to Barron's Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors.
