• Family and Children First will sponsor a fall session of the Strengthening Families 10-14 Program for parents and youth ages 10-14 from 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesdays through Oct. 24 at the Ely Chapman Center in Marietta. The parent, youth and family skills-building curriculum builds family strengths, strengthens parenting skills and prevents teen substance abuse and other behavior problems. • The Zonta Club of the MOV will sponsor its Delicates for Dignity Fundraiser through the end of October to support under-privileged girls and women in the community by providing feminine hygiene products, new bras and underwear. Items will be distributed at food pantries, homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters and middle and high schools. Donations can be mailed to P.O. Box 634, Marietta, OH 45750. • The Beverly Branch Library, 300 McIntosh St., is holding a Crochet-along for teens and adults to make granny squares for a blanket using a crochet circle at 6 p.m. today.
