The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail Dec. 4:
≤ Steven Paul Hendershot, 65, Newport, trespassing and having weapons while under disability, both felonies; and making false alarms, a misdemeanor.
≤ Patrick David Runnion, 50 , Belmont, W.Va., aggravated possession of drugs, a felony.
≤ Mark Anthony Hart, 32, Marietta probation violation, a misdemeanor.
≤ Joshua Lee Campbell, 23, Marietta importuning and probation violation, both felonies; and resisting arrest and falsification to a public official, both misdemeanors.
Dec. 5
≤ A deputy assisted the Belpre PD on a crash investigation.
≤ A deputy responded to Warren Township to a report of a vehicle over the hill. The owner is working with the landowner.
≤ A deputy responded to a report of telephone harassment.
≤ Washington County Jail Lt. Tucker was completing inventory of Kenneth McIntire's belongings after his arrival at the Washington County Jail when he located a 1×1 baggie containing a crystal-like substance, a piece of foil containing what appeared to be the same type of substance, and a baggie containing a green, leafy material that smelled like marijuana. McIntire had informed staff he turned over marijuana to the arresting officer, but was concerned he possessed more. The marijuana was turned back over to the arresting agency. McIntire was confronted about the crystal-like substance, which he admitted was methamphetamine, then promptly requested it be thrown away. Kenneth Ray McIntire Jr., 57, homeless, was charged with conveyance into the jail.

≤ Kenneth Ray McIntire Jr., 57, homeless, breaking and entering, theft and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, all felonies.
≤ Thomas Owen Wayne, 60, homeless, Akron, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony.
≤ Milford Crawford Eagle, six counts rape, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, five counts pandering sexually oriented matter, involving a minor to create/produce material, three counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, soliciting, receiving and purchasing material, all felonies.
≤ Amy Nicole Tilson, 32, homeless, theft, a misdemeanor.
