BPA regional winners advance to state

Twenty-five students from the Washington County Career Center Business Professionals of America (BPA) youth organization competed and placed in the top four of the BPA Regional Competition.
These students won the honor of advancing to the State competitive events, in Columbus, which will be held March 7-8.
From this event, those students who place in the top of their category will move on to the National level, which will be held in May in Chicago, Illinois.
Those students who will be competing at the State level are:
¯ Advanced Desktop Publishing: Aiden Parks is a senior from Marietta in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and he is the son of Douglas Parks of Washington, WV, and Lori Roser of Marietta. Breanna Rowan is a senior from Warren in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of John and Sadie Rowan of Vincent.
¯ Computer Modeling: Elias Amash is a senior from Marietta in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and he is the son of Roland Amash of Lowell and Christina Amash of Williamstown, WV. Madelene Riley is a junior from Marietta in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Serena Miller of Marietta.
¯ Computer Security: Evan Williamson is a senior from Belpre in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and he is the son of Missy Offenberger of Belpre.
¯ Database Applications: Sophie Huck is a senior from Fort Frye in the Digital Marketing program, and she is the daughter of Randal and Barbara Huck of Lowell.
¯ Digital Media Production: Alyssa Dye is a senior from Warren in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Thomas and Donna Dye of Marietta.
¯ Entrepreneurship: Emma Brooker is a junior from Fort Frye in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Mark Brooker of Lowell and Traci Brooker of Reno.
¯ Extemporaneous Speech: Bridget Crock is a junior from Marietta in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Robert and Desni Crock of Marietta.
¯ Fundamental Desktop Publishing: Darrian Shumar is a junior from Warren in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and he is the son of George Shumar and Garnet Byrd of Cutler. Naomi Lee Oliver is a junior from Marietta in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Cherry Lee Oliver of Marietta.
¯ Fundamental Spreadsheet Application: Mya Miller is a senior from Warren in the Digital Marketing program, and she is the daughter of Bill and Stacy Miller of Marietta.
¯ Graphic Design Promotion: Janessa Ross is a junior from Fort Frye in the Graphic Design & Video Production program, and she is the daughter of Anthony Ross of Marietta and Jessica Smith of Lowell.
¯ Integrated Office Applications: Elliot Cockerham is a senior from Belpre in the Digital Marketing program, and she is the daughter of Alisha Goudy of Marietta. Dylan Barth is a senior from Marietta in the Digital Marketing program, and he is the son of Craig and Melissa Barth of Lowell.
¯ Legal Office Procedures: Blake Partlow is a junior from Belpre in the Digital Marketing program, and she is the daughter of Joseph Law of Belpre.
¯ Presentation Team: Kevin Heiss is a junior from Warren in the Digital Marketing program, and he is the son of Timothy Heiss of Marietta and Erica Heiss of Marietta.
