Washington County Behavioral Health Board Meeting
The Washington County Behavioral Health Board will be meeting at 6 p.m. today at 204 Davis Avenue, Marietta. The meeting room is located in the rear of the building next to the Board of Elections. Due to elevator issues at our office, the monthly meeting held by the Washington County Behavioral Health Board will be held at this location until further notice.
Ludlow Township Monthly Meeting
Ludlow Township will hold its March meeting at 7:30 p.m. today at the Town Hall.

Noble County Historical Society 60th Anniversary Celebration
The Noble County Historical Society will be celebrating its 60th anniversary with an open house to view their collection of 1964 items, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. They will be showcased at the Historical Jail Museum, 419 West St, Caldwell, and is free to the public. A birthday party will be held this summer.
Family Board Games
From 3-5 p.m., today, bring your family and come play board games at the Barlow Branch Library. This family event is open to all ages. Registration is required.
Dessert Sushi Making
At 4 p.m., today, kids in grades K-5 can join the Belpre Branch Library and make their own delicious dessert "sushi" with bananas. Registration is required.
Waterford High School Greenhouse Talk
At 6 p.m., today, come learn about the greenhouse at Waterford High School, 330 Main St., Waterford. The Wolf Creek FFA will be available to discuss their hydro-garden. This event is for teens and adults, and registration is required.
Fish Fry
Salem Township Volunteer Fire Department will hold a fish fry from 4-7 p.m. March 29. The menu is fish, fries, green beans, applesauce, hotdogs, bread and butter and desserts and drinks. Eat-in or take out is available and the cost is a donation.
Easter Crafts and Egg Hunts
At 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 29, kids up to age 10 can join the Belpre Branch Library for crafts and two age-specific egg hunts. Kids up to age 5 will hunt first, followed by older kids. Registration is required.

St. Mary Catholic School Lenten Fish Fry begins from 5-7 p.m. every Friday. Dine in, carry out and drive thru options available.

Vietnam Welcome Home Ceremony
The Washington County Veterans Service Commission will be conducting a Vietnam Welcome Home Ceremony from 5-7 p.m. March 29, at Marietta College's Dyson Baudo Recreation Center. This event is open to the public. Live music and food are provided. They are honoring anyone who served during the Vietnam War era, 1961-1975. Fish Fry
The Beverly Eagles will hold an all-you-can-eat fish fry at 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 29. For carryout, call 740-984-4733. Entertainment during the event will be by Misty Fry Karaoke.
Kahoot Trivia Night
Join Jed for a tricky trivia night at 6 p.m. Friday, March 29, at the Belpre Branch Library. This month is not themed. This will be a Kahoot Trivia, so please bring one internet-enabled device for each person attending. Registration is required.
Easter Egg Hunt
An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 30, in Warren Township's Inman-Liberty Park. The hunt will be hosted by Tunnel United Methodist Church for four different age groups, from toddlers to sixth graders. Refreshments and activities will follow in Tunnel UMC's Multi-Purpose Building (where the Egg Hunt will be held if the weather is bad). The park is behind the church, and the church is behind the Warren Volunteer Fire Department at State Route 550 and Coffman Road. For more information, contact 740-350-0311.
Stuffed Bunny Making
Anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., Saturday, March 30, stop by the Marietta Branch Library and build a stuffed bunny. This event is for ages 4-10 and registration is required.
Adult and Me Music Class
At 11 a.m, Saturday, March 30, come have a blast singing, playing and moving with your little one at the Belpre Branch Library. The music circles are led by Martha Webster, music educator and National Board-certified music therapist. This event is for children ages 2-4 with a grownup, and registration is required.
Steak Fry
Beverly American Legion Post 389, Post Home 114 Fifth Street, Beverly, will hold a public steak fry from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, March 30. A meal is $15.00 and includes a steak, baked potato, salad and roll. Music after the steak fry will be performed by the Matt Hansell Band.
Easter Egg Hunt
Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual Easter Egg hunt at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 31, at the fire station, 102 Oak Grove Lane. Children through age 12 are invited.
Lawrence Alumni Reunion
The Friends of Lawrence School are currently planning a reunion. This event will be held on June 1 at Frontier High School. For those that graduated from Lawrence School, they have your address. Beginner Line Dancing Classes
The Barlow Branch Library will be holding beginner line dancing classes at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28, with Donnie Allen as instructor. The cost is $16 total for the four sessions. This event is for teens and adults. Registration is required.
Grief Recovery Support Group
Gilman United Methodist Church, 312 Gilman Ave., Marietta, will be offering a 13-week Grief Recovery Support Group starting from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through April 9. Each session, the group will watch a video, featuring personal stories of those grieving, and hear encouraging information from the grief recovery expert. Zumba Classes
Zumba classes will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 11:30 a.m. Monday at the O'Neill Center. The cost is $5 per class or $25 for six classes. All ages welcome. For more information, call 740-373-3914.
Ballroom Dancing Classes
Weekly ballroom dancing classes will be held 7-10 p.m. the second, third and fourth Saturdays of the month at Miller Prosthetics, 2311 Ohio Ave., Parkersburg. Dress is casual. Cost is a $5-per-person donation with singles and couples welcome.
