PARKERSBURG --During March, Jehovah's Witnesses will hold a special event Sunday, March 24, which is open to the Parkersburg community as part of the denomination's global outreach activities.
In south Parkersburg, the event will be at 7;30 p.m. at 1814 Gihon Road. In Vienna, it will be at 7 p.m. at Grand Pointe Conference & Reception Center, 1500 Grand Central Ave., Suite 118.
The meeting starts and ends with the singing of a song, as well as a prayer offered by a minister of Jehovah's Witnesses. A Bible-based talk will discuss the importance of Jesus' death and how people can benefit from what God and Christ has done for them.
