McCONNELLSVILLE — The Ohio Valley Opry is thrilled to announce the opening show of the 2024 season has arrived. An exciting evening of country, gospel, and bluegrass music is set to take place on Saturday, March 16th. This special concert will showcase some of the finest talents in the genre, promising a night of foot-stomping tunes and heartfelt melodies.

Attendees can look forward to performances by OVO members, The Clark Family, Beth Sigler Bigham, Matt Coleman, Mike Morrison and Dylan Mayle, each bringing their own unique style and flair to the stage. In addition, the night will feature renowned bluegrass band, The Clay Hess Band. With a blend of traditional and contemporary sounds, this concert is sure to appeal to fans of all ages.

Returning members of the acclaimed staff band are drummer Gary Sigler, acoustic guitarist Andrew Ruggles, steel guitar David Spires, lead guitarist Marvin Clark, bass guitar Bryant Sigler, pianist Deana Clark, and background vocalist Jada Clark Riley. These individuals bring their unique talents and personalities to the stage but share a deep camaraderie, which is easily detectable when you hear them play, according to the Ohio Valley Opry.

The Ohio Valley Opry concert will take place at the Twin City Opera House, 15 West Main Street, McConnelsville.
