Ohio State Highway Patrol announces regional testing
NEW CONCORD – The Ohio State Highway Patrol will hold regional testing for prospective applicants at 9 a.m. June 20 at the Henry D. Bullock Health & Wellness Complex at Muskingum University at New Concord.
Participants can speak with troopers and those who meet the basic requirements to be a trooper can complete an application and a written test. The basic requirements are applicants must be between 20 and 39 years old, a U.S. citizen, have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver license.
Upon passage of the written test, applicants can immediately proceed to the physical fitness assessment. Applicants should arrive in appropriate business attire with identification and bring physical fitness clothing.
The regional testing opportunity gives prospective applicants a chance to complete the first few steps of the application process.
