Picture this: Water main break on Washington Blvd.

Photo by Michelle Dillon City of Belpre workers look at the site of a water line break on Washington Boulevard between George and Tuttle streets. According to Mayor Susan Abdella, the break was discovered around 6 a.m. Tuesday and the city has closed down that portion of Washington Boulevard and put a detour in place. She said the city is working diligently on the break and she does not have an estimated time of when Washington Boulevard will be reopened at this time.
