Peoples Bank Theatre will be bringing back its Sensory Friendly Film Series for children and families beginning in June and running monthly through November.
During the program, the theater will have low lights and sound, no previews and staff trained in assisting with autism and SPD. There will also be disabled access and chill-out zones.
The movies will be:
• Sunday, June 9, at 2 p.m.: Dr. Seuss' The Lorax
• Sunday, July 14, at 2 p.m.: The Secret Life of Pets
• Sunday, Aug. 11, at 2 p.m.: Cars 3
• Sunday, Sept. 15, at 2 p.m.: A Bug's Life
• Sunday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m.: The Minions: The Rise of Gru
• Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m.: Garfield
