BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Dec. 4:

Nov. 25

• Summer L. Starcher, 38, of Belpre was served a summons for arrest on the charge of assault.

• Cynthia D. Randolph, 23, of Coolville was cited for speed, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

• Amanda D. Rake, 37, of Williamstown was cited for no operator license.

Nov. 26

• Jessica M. Lowe, 37, of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.

Nov. 29

• Thomas A. Treadway, 34, of Little Hocking was cited for speed, 74 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Aimee B. Wamsley, 35, of Little Hocking was cited for driving with no headlights.

• Samantha J. Paugh, 37, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of fugitive from justice out of West Virginia.

Nov. 30

• Logan A. Mitchell, 18, of Mason, W.Va., was cited for speed, 69 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Christina S. Woodall, 51, of Cutler was cited for expired registration.

• Gabriel J. Bisson, 29, of Washington, D.C., was cited for speed, 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Hunter J. Kuhn, 19, of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.

• Natalie J. Wagner, 31, of Fleming was cited for speed, 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Cody L. Pelfrey, 36, of Parkersburg was cited for drug paraphernalia.

• Logan R. Greenleaf, 24, of Belpre was cited for expired registration.

• Gregory S. Perry, 40, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on warrants for receiving stolen property, complicity and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 5

• Levi M. Kuhn, 31, of Marietta was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.

• Dylan E Dowler, 23, of Parkersburg was cited for no operator license.

Dec. 6

• Bryce M. Clendenin, 19, of Parkersburg was transported to the Washington County Jail for a warrant on the charge of aggravated menacing.

• Joshua M Conger II, 18, of Parkersburg was transported to the Washington County Jail for warrants on the charges of violating a protection order and aggravated menacing.

Dec. 9

• Daunte Weaver, 19, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of domestic violence and unlawful restraint.

• Shane C. Harpold, 45, of Belpre was cited for driving under suspension and having fictitious registration. He was also arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of probation violation.

Dec. 12

• Max E. Lassiter, 57, of Walker was cited for driving under suspension.

• Richard K. Davidson, 56, of Smithville, W.Va., was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of possession of schedule II controlled substance.

• Daunte A. Weaver, 19, of Belpre was cited for disorderly conduct.

Dec. 13

• Jessica R. Queen, 30, of Belpre was cited for driving under suspension.

• Corey J. Garrett, 34, of New Martinsville was cited for expired registration.

Dec. 15

• Robert J. McFee, 47, of Elizabeth was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of obstructing official business, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and no license plate light.

Dec. 17

• Justin B. Ketterman, 38, of Coolville was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on three felony drug warrants.

Dec. 18

• Brian W. Riehl, 32, of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.

Dec. 21

• Mark P. Nelson, 62, of Reedsville was cited for fictitious registration and expired operator license.

• Kalem M. Casto, 36, of Parkersburg was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a warrant out of the Washington County Sheriff Office for the charge of failure to appear for driving under suspension.

• David R. Flesher, 47, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence.
