ELPRO welcomes Anderson to customer success team

Swiss-based global environmental monitoring solutions manufacturer ELPRO BUCHS-AG has announced the hiring of Marietta resident Angela Anderson as a customer success specialist at ELPRO Services Inc., the company’s Marietta-based subsidiary serving the Americas.
Anderson brings 28 years of customer service experience, with the last decade focused on the birdwatching industry, specializing in sporting optics and travel. A seasoned customer service professional, she excels in delivering high-quality client experiences by combining exceptional communication skills, team collaboration and a customer-first approach, according to a release from the company.
In her role with ELPRO, Anderson will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, software demonstrations and managing customer account setup. In addition, she will field incoming calls and oversee contract entries, including software agreements and frame agreements, to ensure smooth service and support operations.
