The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 21 individuals Wednesday at the Washington County Courthouse.

Those indicted include:

¯ Heather Dawn Carter, 42, 9555 S. Calhoun Highway, Millstone, W.Va.; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from July 1.

¯ William Patrick George, 32, 2197 Old River Road, Williamstown; theft, a fifth-degree felony, from May 2022.

¯ Jerry Lee Neiswanger, 49, 303 Second St., Belmont, W.Va.; grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, from August 2023.

¯ Tyler James Fox, 36, 22820 Brimstone Road, Coolville; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from June 23.

¯ Shavonne D. Hall, 46, 60 Spring St., Trenton, N.J.; theft from a person in a protected class, a second-degree felony, from August 2022.

¯ Ashton Brooke Shotwell, 37, 602 1/2 Hillcrest Terrace, Parkersburg; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from December 2024.

¯ Co-defendants Brandon Roy Stover, 41, 228 1/2 Pike St., Marietta, and Mark Everett Swaney, same address, were both indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.

¯ Tristan Ray Christopher Sutton, 23, homeless; domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, two counts of disrupting public services, fourth-degree felonies, two counts of assault, first-degree misdemeanors, and five counts of aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanors, from Oct. 14.

¯ Barry R. Robinson, 26, Wingate Hotel, 700 Pike St., Room 308, Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2024. The indictment also listed one specification for forfeiture of a gun in a drug case.

¯ Jolisa Nichole Jett, 40, 729 Ninth St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from Aug. 5.

¯ Grayson M. Lassiter, 29, 286 Front St. Apt. A, Marietta; strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Oct. 12.

¯ Corey Nathaniel McClung, 24, 27360 State Route 7, Lot 25, Marietta; illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a second-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and voyeurism, a fifth-degree felony, from Oct. 24.

¯ Thomas Dean Joy, 36, (last known address) 1220 East Branch Road; two counts of failing to appear as required by recognizance, fourth-degree felonies, from Nov. 17.

¯ Co-defendants Anthony Patrick Kramer, 39, 379 E. Hopocan Ave., Barberton, Ohio, and Alisha Marie Wright, 43, 3176 Styx Hill Road, Marietta, were both indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a first-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony, possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony, and trafficking in cocaine, a third-degree felony, from Nov. 11. The indictment also listed that Kramer and Wright both have a major drug offender specification.

¯ Co-defendants Tiera Renae Lee, 26, 960 Grand Ave., Apt. 212, Cincinnati, and Chane Aaron T. Woodward, no age listed, 1037 Fedrick Blvd., Akron, were both indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, from December 2024. Lee was also indicted for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2024. The indictment also listed three specifications for forfeiture of a cell phone in a drug case and one specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case.

¯ Cleveland J. Bedgood, 50, 789 Upper Mountain, Lewiston, N.Y.; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, from Nov. 12.

¯ Willison Chester Lockhart, 52, 28430 Torch Road, Coolville; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor, from March 16.

¯ Lamonta Isaiah Thomas, 19, 642 Minerva Place, Akron; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree felony, and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree felony, from April 11.
