Twelve people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury this week, including a Marietta man charged with over a dozen counts of rape involving multiple individuals, two of whom were minors.

Thomas Larry Brown II, 44, 213 Broughton Ave., Marietta, was indicted on 14 counts of rape, all first-degree felonies; six counts of sexual battery, all third-degree felonies; and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all third-degree felonies. The charges date from March 2014 to July 2025, with one minor family member named in 20 of the charges over the 11 years. An additional minor under the age of 13 was named in two of the charges.

Other individuals indicted include:

¯ Jaclyn Raquel Grayson, 33, 812 Clifton St., Marietta; one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June.

¯ Peyton Dillion Williams, 23, 123 Tennis Center Drive, Apt. 3C, Marietta; one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, from November.

¯ Jonathan Paul Angus, 44, 9531 Federal Road, Cutler; one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, from June.

¯ Morgan Blitz Wynn, 365 Mount Tom Pines Road, Marietta; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from November.

¯ Wesley Duance Lincoln, 41; one count of assault, a fifth-degree felony, from May 2023.

¯ Victor Emmanuel Warren, 57, 736 Greene St., Apt. 19, Marietta; two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies; two counts of sexual battery, both third-degree felonies; one count of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony; and one count of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, from October to January.

¯ Russell Allen McCabe, 58, 141 Franklin St., Marietta, and Devin Kingston Scott, 26, 700 Fern St., Akron; were each indicted on first-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs and second-degree felony counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, all from January. Additionally, Scott was indicted on a charge of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

¯ Epiphany Alice Barnhouse, 21, 24988 Brimstone Road, Coolville, and Felicia Dawn Barringer, 46, 213 Holly St., Marietta; were both charged with a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence and first-degree misdemeanor falsification, from January.

¯ Zachary Alan Clatterbuck, 31, 509 Short Brook Road, Vincent; one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a second-degree felony, from December.
