Grimm Scientific Industries welcomes 4 Class of 2026 members to team
Grimm Scientific Industries recognized four members of the Class of 2026 who are beginning or continuing their careers with the company.
Kelsey Bowman recently graduated from Marietta College with a degree in marketing and joined Grimm Scientific Industries as marketing supervisor. In this role, she will oversee branding, digital marketing, trade show strategy, content creation and promotional campaigns for CryoTherm recovery systems.
Aidan Herb interned with Grimm Scientific for two years before officially joining the team full-time following his graduation from Miami University in May with a degree in electrical engineering. Herb will now step into a full-time role as electrical engineer and will handle electrical schematics, electrical engineering change orders and electronic research and development.
Jorden Watt, a 2026 graduate of Marietta College, joined the company as a cost accountant. Watt will support financial planning, budgeting and cost analysis efforts across the company.
Shad Mace II, who has been part of the Grimm Scientific team for the past three years, recently graduated from Washington State College of Ohio with a degree in applied science in cybersecurity. After balancing work and academics, he will continue his career with the company as an IT technician and support specialist.
