The Washington County Grand Jury this week announced the indictments of 11 individuals, mostly on drug-related charges.

The defendants include:

*Tiffany Kenzie Dawn Boso, 21, 1005 State Route 555, Little Hocking; a fifth-degree felony count of obstructing official business creating a risk of physical harm to officer, a first-degree misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, and a fourth-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence from March.

*Matthew Thomas Sandy, 43, 2090 County Road 9, Reno; two first-degree felonies on counts of kidnapping, two fourth-degree felonies on counts for grand theft of a motor vehicle and inducing panic, and a first-degree misdemeanor count of assault from April.

*Eric William Garrett, 46, 117 Locust St., Belpre; Erica Lynn Brown, 46, 117 Locust St., Belpre; were each indicted on a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from June 2025. Garrett was also indicted for a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from May 2025. Brown was also indicted for fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from November 2025.

*Charles Ray Wilson, 53, 1510 ½ Cresent St., Parkersburg; a fifth-degree felony count of theft with property and services stolen between $1,000 and $7,500 from November 2025.

*Desiree Lachelle Cheri Young, 28, 16025 Lake Shore Blvd. Apt. B303, Cleveland; a fifth-degree felony count for aggravated possession of drugs from July 2025.

*Kirstin J. Bebb-Harris, 28, 32302 Pleasant View Road., Racine; Michael Christopher Rudolph, 36, 1234 Carrousel Dr. E, Reynoldsburg; two first-degree felonies on counts of possession and trafficking cocaine, and two third-degree felonies on counts for possession and trafficking of fentanyl-related substances from March.

*Joel Jerry Dotson, 48, 697 Hill Road, Cutler; a second-degree felony count of felonious assault and a first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence from April.

*Benjamin De’Von Shelton, 39, 4880 E. 85th St., Cleveland; two first-degree felony counts of possession and trafficking cocaine and two second-degree felony counts for aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking of drugs from April.

*Dana Floyd Williams, 43, 1751 Leighton Ave., Akron; two second-degree felony counts of possession and trafficking of a fentanyl-related compound and for a third-degree felony of tampering with evidence from February.
