PARKERSBURG – The West Virginia State Police have released the names of the man killed Saturday evening after reportedly exchanging gunfire with Parkersburg and Wood County law enforcement, and the woman whose body was found in the residence.

The incident happened after Parkersburg Police were dispatched at approximately 9:48 p.m. Saturday to 3408 25th St.
