Mid-Ohio Valley Safety Council to hold Safety Celebration event tomorrow
The Mid-Ohio Valley Safety Council will hold a Safety Celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Marietta Shrine Club Wednesday.
The council is a program by the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce and focuses on workplace safety.
According to a release from the chamber, MOVSC members can attend for free and bring a guest. Those who do bring a guest will be entered into a special giveaway.
The event will bring together professionals in safety, leaders of the industry, community members and more.
Zachary Kiehl will be the keynote speaker for the afternoon and discuss “wearable technology.”
According to the release, Kiehl is a patented inventor, engineer and entrepreneur with a masters of business administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an master’s and bachelor’s in biomedical engineering from Wright State University.
Guests can expect to hear from Kiehl about the future of AI, wearable technology and mission-driven companies in the field.
There will also be a vendor fair as well as giveaways throughout the entirety of the event.
