MARIETTA-- Washington State College of Ohio will hold a free ice cream social for prospective and current students, families and residents from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, at the college, 710 Colegate Drive, Marietta.
Complimentary ice cream from Velvet Ice Cream will be available along with tours of the campus and renovated labs, faculty and staff, and information about the college’s academic programs and student resources.
The social also will feature free hot dogs, inflatables from Play Time Party Rentals and a petting zoo with Gab & the Goats.
Admissions, registration, financial aid and FAFSA assistance will be available for anyone interested in enrolling for the fall semester.
This event is free, family-friendly and open to the public. RSVPs are not required; however, guests who RSVP and attend will be entered into a drawing for a prize basket, including a $50 Amazon gift card.
