Fort Frye FFA members earn American FFA Degrees, Proficiency Honors

By Mollie Lang 2 min read

Fort Frye FFA is proud to recognize several members for their accomplishments through the National FFA Organization. Four Fort Frye FFA members have earned their American FFA Degree, one of the highest degrees an FFA member can receive.

The members receiving their American FFA Degrees are Julia Silvis, Marguerite Fulton, Clayton Miller, and Kyla Britton. Earning the American FFA Degree is a major accomplishment that recognizes members who have shown a strong commitment to their FFA chapter, agricultural education, and their Supervised Agricultural Experience programs.

Along with the American FFA Degree recipients, Fort Frye FFA also had members recognized for their proficiency achievements. Christy Willis, Ty Worthington, and Alexis White were recognized for their proficiency areas. Christy Willis and Ty Worthington advanced as National FFA Proficiency Finalists, which is a huge accomplishment and places them among some of the top FFA members in the nation in their respective areas. They all received a gold rating in their respective areas. We wish them the best of luck in the interview process!

These achievements show the hard work and dedication that Fort Frye FFA members put into their SAE programs and agricultural education. The chapter is extremely proud of Julia, Marguerite, Clayton, Kyla, Christy, Ty, and Alexis for representing Fort Frye FFA at such a high level.

Congratulations to all of these members on their outstanding accomplishments!
