155th Barlow Independent Fair to take place this week

BARLOW - The Barlow Independent Fair will begin today and run through Sunday.
Fair Board President Joe Campbell said with the livestock shows every day, there is a live music performance as well including the Marching Band performances, with Warren and Fort Frye confirmed so far.
Campbell said David Henry will perform on Saturday night at the Gazebo, "we're really excited to have him."
Campbell said there will be free face painting and animal balloons throughout the week and a family fun day at the show barn on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. with characters walking around the fair grounds including; Snow White, Spider-Man, Bluey, Cinderella, Batman, Belle, and Chase from Paw Patrol.
For the Big "O" Amusement rides ticket prices are; $1.25 each, $20 for 20 tickets, $40 for 40 tickets and $25 for a wristband. Rides will be free to ride on Thursday night from 6 – 10 p.m.
The admission ticket cost is: membership pass, $35; daily single adult admission (Wednesday), $5, daily single adult admission (Thursday through Sunday), $10; daily single child admission (ages 6-12) $5, children ages 5 & below enter for free, 4-H & FFA exhibitors pass, $10.
There will additionally be a 4% credit card convenience fee.
