The City of Marietta Water Treatment & Distribution Department will be isolating/shutting off the Pine Meadows .075 MG Water Storage Tank at 9 a.m. Wednesday to determine how the system will react when the tank is taken out of service and booster pumps will be supplying continuous pressure and water supply for customers in the Pine Meadows Service Zone. The trial run should take two to three hours. Customers may experience fluctuating pressures or temporarily have water service interrupted. If water service is interrupted, please call the Water Treatment Plant at 740-374-6864 to report your address. The following locations will be affected by this activity:
• Glendale Extension starting at 1390 and continuing on out to Timberline Drive.
• Sherry Drive
• Country Meadows Drive
• Grant Edwards Drive
• Bittersweet Trail
• Windy Point
• Belle Meadows Drive
• Locust Lane
• Sassafras Drive
• Timberline Drive
• Glendale Lane

The Castle Historic House Museum will present “History on Trial,” an ongoing annual program that allows attendees to experience court room dramatizations from Washington County’s past. “History on Trial: Assault at the Capitolium Mound” will take place Feb. 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Washington County Courthouse, Courtroom A, 3rd Floor. An abbreviated presentation for area students of “History on Trial” will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon the same day in the same location. Campus Martius Museum will host the 11th annual Contemporary Gunmakers & Allied Artists Show from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The event will feature traditional artisans who recreate the working tools of the 18th and 19th century frontier settlers and hunters. Many of the artists are nationally recognized for their work. The cost of admission is regular museum admission.

The February regular board meeting of the Warren Local Board of Education has been moved to 6 p.m. Monday at the administration office. The Operations Committee of the Warren Local Board of Education will meet Monday at 4:30 p.m. at Warren Middle School, located at 70 Warrior Drive, for a walk-through of the building.
