¯ A deputy conducted an investigation Saturday in Adams Township regarding a stolen/recovered tire changer.

¯ A deputy began an investigation Saturday into a breaking and entering at the storage buildings on Clifton Road, Belpre Township.

¯ A deputy was advised Friday that two dogs from 811 Front St., Pioneer Township, were running loose on Nov. 10 and 11. Cole Adair was advised of the complaints and admitted to the dogs getting loose. A summons is being requested for R. Cole Adair, 46, of 811 Front St., Marietta, on a charge of failing to restrain.

¯ A deputy began an investigation Sunday into an unruly juvenile. A charge of domestic violence and making false alarms was filed on the juvenile.

¯ A lieutenant was dispatched Sunday to Plum Run Road, Watertown Township, to a report of Jeri Campbell’s dogs being loose and hanging around another residence. Two bulldogs were observed on the neighboring property. The lieutenant met with Campbell and inquired if the dogs were hers. Campbell advised they were her dogs, and they had “escaped the front porch because somebody forgot to close the makeshift gate”. A summons is being requested for Jeri Campbell, 30, of 2511 Plum Run Road, Waterford, on a charge of animals at large.

Arrests/Washington County

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Steven Emory Fox, 49, of Marietta, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

¯ Walter Eugene Dobbs, 50, of Zanesville, was arrested for a probation violation, a felony.

¯ David Alan Rutherford, 37, of Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence, a felony.
