17 indicted by Washington County Grand Jury

The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 17 defendants this week.

The indictments released Friday included:

¯ Eric Christopher Anderson, 34, 23 Cherry St., Vincent, was indicted on a third-degree felony count of telecommunications fraud and a fourth-degree felony count of grand theft from September through February and a first-degree misdemeanor count of possessing drug abuse instruments from April.

¯ Nicholas Aron Beyard, 22, 645 County Road 36, Chesapeake, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of menacing by stalking and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, a third-degree misdemeanor, from January.

¯ Charles Clinton Carpenter Jr., 38, 27830 State Route 7, Marietta, was indicted on third-degree felony counts of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case from January and a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from August.

¯ Nicole Jane Dotson, 36, 6488 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies, from September.

¯ William Paul Fluharty, 29, 175 Lubeck Road, Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was indicted on a fifth-degree felony count of theft from November.

¯ Dana Nigel Harrison, 51, Cutler, was indicted on a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs, two third-degree felony counts of domestic violence and a misdemeanor domestic violence count. The charges stem from incidents in July, January and March.

¯ Richard W. Hawkins, 53, and Emily B. Knotts, 45, both of 136 Franklin St., Marietta, were indicted on fifth-degree felony charges of aggravated possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse. Hawkins was also indicted on three fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence and a fourth-degree felony count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. The charges stem from incidents in September 2021.

¯ Anthony Trent Hill, 33, 1154 Patten Mills Road, Cutler, was indicted on charges of counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, and petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from February.

¯ Brittany N. Kiser, 31, 18780 Red Dog Road, Glouster, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of failure to appear as required by recognizance from January.

¯ Cody D. Maze, 29, 279 Maze Road, Belpre, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony charge of failure to appear as requested by recognizance from August 2022.

¯ Michael A. Milliron, 33, homeless, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony charge of failure to appear as required by recognizance from earlier this month.

¯ Timothy K. Parsley, 48, 260 Parsley Bottom Road, Lenore, W.Va., was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of failure to appear as required by recognizance from earlier this month.

¯ William D. Richards, 33, 101 Theiss Ave., Apt. 6, Marietta,, was indicted on charges of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2021.

¯ Tavahjay Allenzo Smith, 19, 823 Athens Road, Princeton, W.Va., was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle from earlier this month.

¯ Michael Shannon Spears, 30, 181 21st St., Barberton, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, from earlier this month.

¯ Joseph L. Williams, 64, 16069 State Route 550, Fleming, was indicted on a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from earlier this month.
