They were:

– Barbara May Wyant, 59, 814 Glendale Road, Marietta: domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
– Sheila Jo Wogan, 42, 5626 Wogan Road, Chesterhill, Ohio: grand theft, a fourth-degree felony.
– Crystle Leann Phillips, 40, 1073 Kites Run Road, Walker: identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.
