¯ Caroline Sue Emerick, 54, of Marietta, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
¯ Brandon Ramiere Lipford, 24, possession of drugs, a felony.
¯ Phillip Brozak, 29, of Guysville, possession of drugs, a felony.
¯ Anna Ruth Corbett, 64, of Coolville, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
¯ Patrick Michael Montgomery, 47, of Reno, gross sexual imposition and rape, both felonies.
March 19
¯ Deputy Stillson was on patrol in Pioneer Township when he observed a motor vehicle with Ohio registration fail to stop at the red light at Third and Putnam streets. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Colleen Marchie Riley, Third Street, Marietta. A citation for disobedience of a traffic control device was issued to Riley.
¯ Deputy Gainer was patrolling near the intersection of Ohio 339 and McGill Road, Dunham Township and a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by Michael Bradley Davis. Davis said he does not have a license due to it being suspended out of West Virginia. Davis was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
March 20
¯ Deputy Gainer began an investigation into a stolen Samsung from Warren Township.
¯ Deputy Norris received a warrant from the State of West Virginia for the arrest of Herbert Eugene Myles on a charge of parole violation. Information on the warrant was compared to information inmate Myles gave upon being booked into the Washington County Jail, finding them to be a match. Myles, 33, of 7474 Melynne Trace, Canal Winchester, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
¯ Deputy Windland and Deputy Young began an investigation in Muskingum Township regarding storage buildings being entered and items removed.

¯ Jeffrey Lee Bigley, 22, of Lower Salem, having weapons while under disability and tampering with evidence, both felonies; and negligent assault and OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, both misdemeanors.
¯ Herbert Eugene Myles, 33, of Canal Winchester, parole violation, a felony.
¯ Uriah Matthew Hill, 47, of Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Edward James McAuley, 56, of Marietta, domestic violence two counts, both misdemeanors; and intimidation, a felony.
¯Cory William Saunders, 31, of Malta, aggravated possession of drugs two counts, both felonies; and nonsupport of dependents two counts, Morgan County.
¯Amanda Nicole Spence, 25, of Cleveland, possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine, both felonies.

¯ James Nemo Lee Croston, 45, of Chesterhill, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor and nonsupport of dependents.
¯ Thomas Eugene Stevens III, 43, of Parkersburg, trafficking in drugs two counts, both felonies.
¯ William P Huft, 68, of Marietta, trafficking in drugs three counts, all felonies; and fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.
¯ Scotty Lee Newlen, 32, of Sardis, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a felony; and possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.
¯ Stanley Edward Bowers, 44, of Marietta, probation violation two counts, both felonies.
March 22
¯ Deputy Eichhorn was responding to a breaking and entering of a vehicle which had just occurred at Frontier High School. While en route, a male subject was observed walking south on Ohio 7, wearing a gray hoodie and holding a flashlight. Deputy Eichhorn stopped and contacted the male, identified as Baxter Grimes. Grimes was observed throwing several things on the ground and walking away from them as Deputy Eichhorn approached. After making contact, Deputy Eichhorn was able to locate along the roadway the ID belonging to the person whose vehicle had just been broken into at Frontier High, plus multiple credit cards and other personal belongings. Also located was a clear plastic bag containing .95 grams of a white crystalline substance, consistent with methamphetamines. Grimes was read his Miranda Rights and he stated he was the one that threw a large rock and broke the back glass out of the victim's truck at the high school. Grimes stated he threw the purse, which he also stole out of the truck, off the bridge just south of where the theft took place. Baxter L Grimes, 46, of 817 Grandview Ave., New Matamoras, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, breaking and entering, theft, tampering with evidence and criminal damaging.
March 23
¯ Lt. C Tucker was notified that William P. Huft, a current inmate at the Washington County Jail, had a warrant out of Marchion County, Ind. The warrant was for fraud, theft and receiving stolen property. Information on Huft was verified with the warrant and found to be a match. A charge of fugitive from justice was filed on William P. Huft, 68, of 135 Rosewood Ave., Northfield, Ohio.
¯ Deputy Schwendeman responded to Liberty Township to a report of a breaking and entering, with items removed.
¯ Deputy Eichhorn began an investigation into a Tactacam cellular trail camera stolen from Grandview Township.
¯ Lt. Gherke began an investigation into a credit card being opened in a victim's name, without their authorization. The appropriate steps were conducted to close out this account.
¯ Deputy Schwendeman began an investigation into storage buildings being entered and items removed in Marietta Township.
¯ Deputy Peters arrested Devante P. Griggs and transported him to the Washington County Jail on an active warrant out of Wood County for destruction of property. Based on personal identifiers on the warrant and information received from Griggs, the warrant was found to be a match for this subject. Charges for fugitive from justice were completed on Devante P. Griggs, 2021 Wilmich Drive, Akron.
March 24
¯ Deputy Tucker began an investigation into storage buildings being entered in Belpre Township.
¯ Deputy Davis was dispatched to 12995 Ohio 676, Watertown Township, in reference to a report of a gunshot. Deputy Davis met with Andrew Dailey, who stated he was arguing with an individual and he fired his pistol into the ground. Deputies contacted the subject who was nearby when this occurred, finding her to be visibly upset. Andrew Allen Dailey, age 27, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of domestic violence and inducing panic. Once at the Washington County Jail, Dailey tested .025 on the PBT.

¯ Baxter Lee Grimes, 46, of New Matamoras, possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, breaking and entering, parole violation, and theft, all felonies; and criminal damaging, a misdemeanor.
¯ Cortney Nicole Brooks, 32, of Waterford, endangering children two counts and driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, all misdemeanors.
¯ Ryan Michael Efaw, 26, of Beverly, breaking and entering five counts and burglary 2 counts, all felonies.
¯ Brian Lee Miller, 57, of Marietta, aggravated menacing, breach of recognizance and criminal damaging, all misdemeanors.
¯ April Lynn Livingston, 46, of Roseville, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
¯ Chad Allen Russell, 47, of Belpre, possession of drugs, a felony.
¯ Donna Marchie Rood, 56, of Parkersburg, receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor.
¯ Devante Paris Griggs, 23, of Akron, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.
¯ Matthew Richards Jett, 38, of Lowell, probation violation two counts, theft, possession of drug abuse instruments, and contempt of court failure to appear, all misdemeanors.
¯ Akietta Nichole Parker, 31, of Washington, W.Va., illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and parole violation, a felony.
¯ Andrea Louise Salsberry, 31, of Vincent, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
¯ Thomas Anthony White, 38, of Columbus, robbery and theft, both felonies.
¯ Keith Allen Huff, 39, of Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
March 25
¯ Deputy Tucker responded to Turner's 1 Stop Gas Station, Waterford Township, in reference to storage units and campers being broken into.

¯ Andrew Allen Dailey, 27, of Waterford, domestic violence and inducing panic, both misdemeanors.
¯ Nicholas Lee Tanner, 36, of Tallmadge, Ohio, fictitious plates, a misdemeanor.
¯ Melissa Jean Beagle, 40, of Marietta, nonsupport of dependents and probation violation two counts, both felonies.
¯ Lesley Renee Bills, 45, of St. Marys, OVI, alcohol, drug of abuse or both, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, both misdemeanors.
¯ Nicholas Alan Patton, 37, assault, a misdemeanor.
¯ Dale Henry Pugh, 70, of Stockport, attempted murder, a felony.
March 27
¯ Deputy Peters began an investigation into a storage building being entered in Grandview Township.
¯ While on stationary patrol on I-77 at the 17 mile marker, Aurelius Township, Deputy Peters observed a passenger car traveling at a high rate of speed. The radar revealed the vehicle was traveling at 83 mph in a posted 70 mph zone. A traffic stop was initiated, finding the driver to be Keith M. Leary. A strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle and Leary was asked if there was anything illegal in the car, with him stating no. When Leary was advised that there was a strong smell of marijuana, and that Deputy Peters would be conducting a search of the vehicle, he handed over a baggie of marijuana. Leary stated he was headed home to Georgia. In all, a total of 21.4 pounds of marijuana was located inside the vehicle. Keith Marquez Leary Sr., 31, of 307 Hampton St., Fort Valley, Ga., was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was processed on charges of possession of marijuana and trafficking in drugs.
¯ Deputy Gainer received information that Pete Allen Richards had made threats to harm subjects located at a residence in Wesley Township. The complainant stated he was speaking with Richards about going to the hospital to be evaluated due to his behavior. This upset Richards and he made statements about "hurting" subjects at the residence while they slept. The complainant feared Richards, due to these comments and his aggression. Richards advised Deputy Gainer that he never made any threats and he was only sitting on the couch not causing problems. Three counts of aggravated menacing were filed on Richards, 55, of 1282 Mayle Ridge Road, Cutler, and he was processed at the Washington County Jail. Orders of protection were also requested.
March 28
¯ Deputy Thornberry responded to 584 Goddard Road, Cutler, at the request of the Washington County Common Pleas Court Probation Office. Probation Officers were speaking with Joseph Lloyd Reed and upon checking the residence, found a small baggie of 1.75 grams of crystal-like substance, believed to be methamphetamine. Emily Marchie Blevins was present as well and asked if she had any drugs with her. She said she did. Blevins took officers to the location of the drugs. A total of .46 grams of fentanyl and 7.66 grams of suspected methamphetamine were recovered. Blevins, 27, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs two counts.Reed, 50, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Blevins and Reed were transported to the Washington County Jail.

¯ Jesse Ryan Shafer, 38, of Marietta, probation violation and possession of drugs, both felonies.
¯ Eric Warren McCormick, 52, of Spring Lake, N.C., receiving stolen property, a felony.
¯ John William Gibson, 43, trafficking in drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs, possession of fentanyl and aggravated possession of drugs, all felonies.
¯ Keith Marquez Leary, 31, of Fort Valley, Ga., possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs, both felonies.
¯ Pete Allen Richards, 55, of Cutler, aggravated menacing three counts, all misdemeanors.
¯ Crystal Linn Spencer, 38, of Marietta, loose dog, a misdemeanor.
¯ Joseph Lloyd Reed, 50, of Cutler, probation violation and possession of drugs, both felonies.
¯ Emily Marie Blevins, 27, of Cutler, possession of drugs two counts, both felonies; and probation violation, a misdemeanor.
