The Washington County Board of Elections is reminding residents who use the voting precinct at Warren High School's old gymnasium to avoid the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times for students, if at all possible.
The times to avoid are 7:15 to 7:30 a.m. and 8:45 to 9:15 a.m., when school buses and parents are dropping off students. The busy afternoon pick-up times are 2:10 to 2:40 p.m. and 3:30 to 4 p.m.
The board also would like to separate the access routes used by voters from the routes used by school vehicles. Voters are asked to use Ohio 550 to Warrior Drive, instead of turning left or right from 339 onto Warrior.
