There will be an election for two Reno Water Board Trustees from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 20 at the Reno Area Water and Sewer District Office, 170 Mount Tom Road.
Both positions are for three-year trustee terms, according to water and sewer district office manager Brittany McLeish. Applicants must be Reno water customers in good standing, with the water meters in their names and living in the Reno area, she said.
Only one vote per household will be permitted.
Anyone wanting to run for trustee in this election can get an application at the water and sewer district office between the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Deadline for applications is June 9.
