¯ Bradley Matthew Gill, 23, Waterford, failure to comply, a felony; and obstructing official business, hit skip, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to reinstate operator’s license, time for lighted lights on motor vehicle, reckless operations, expired plate and failure to control, all misdemeanors.
¯ Michael Shannon Spears, 30, Barberton, Ohio, parole violation and failure to comply, both felonies.
¯ Abraham Collazo Santiz, 34, Marietta, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
¯ Dylan Michael Tennant, 26, Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Tiffany Rachelle Radabaugh, 34, Marietta, possession of drugs, a felony.

May 25
¯ Deputy Young responded along with the Devola Volunteer Fire Department Squad to Muskingum Township about a family dog biting two of the children.
May 28
¯ Deputy Gainer was dispatched to Warren Township about a teenager assaulting an adult. Charges of domestic violence will be filed through the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office.
May 29
¯ Deputy Harlow responded to the 14000 block of Ohio 339, Watertown Township, regarding a suspicious vehicle. He approached the vehicle and found Levi Gregg asleep at the wheel. Odors of an intoxicating beverage and marijuana were immediately detected as coming from the vehicle. The deputy woke Gregg and observed that his eyes were bloodshot and watery. Gregg was advised to shut off the vehicle and exit it. Gregg’s speech was slurred and he said he had been consuming intoxicating beverages within the past couple hours. A gallon-size bag and a quart-size bag of marijuana were observed in plain view behind the front seat of the vehicle. The total weight of the two bags was 187.11 grams. Gregg was placed under arrest and taken to the Marietta Police Department, where he was read the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles form and given a breath test. Gregg refused to provide a breath sample. He was advised he was placed under an administrative license suspension. Levi Gregg, 32, 3005 Ross Mayle Lane, Chesterhill, was charged with having physical control of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana and taken to the Washington County Jail.
¯ Lt. Johnson responded to McDonald Road, Barlow Township, to a female being assaulted. Alfred Martin had shown up and began arguing with the victim. Martin began pushing the victim when he was asked to leave. Martin also started trying to take the phone while the victim was dialing 911. During this struggle, the phone was hung up and Martin struck the victim a few different times, at least once in the right shoulder. The victim was able to block most of the blows. A warrant was requested and issued for Alfred Henry Martin III, age 36, for domestic violence and disrupting public services.
¯ May 29 Sgt. Stillson responded to Ohio 26, Lawrence Township, to a report of an outbuilding being entered. Missing were tools, a generator, welding and sports equipment valued at more than $2,000.
¯ May 29 Deputy Davis responded to Long Run Road, Newport Township, to a report of an outbuilding being entered on the property. Missing were tools, lawn chairs, and other items valued at more than $200.
May 30
¯ Deputy Windland responded to Camelot Road, Dunham Township, to a report of Robert W. Barringer, 37, 150 Camelot Road, Lot 39, Belpre, turning on water service without permission. The value of Belpre Water Department services was $704.12. Charges were filed and a warrant requested for Barringer’s arrest for theft.
¯ Deputy Norris was dispatched to 515 Martin Road, Lawrence Township, to a report by Patrick M. Montgomery that cameras had been installed at his home and he was being watched. Montgomery stated that family and neighbors had planted a wire into the ground from the barn up to his residence. Upon entering the residence, the deputy observed a handgun on the couch. Montgomery said the handgun was his and he also had a shotgun and muzzleloader. Patrick M. Montgomery, 47, was placed under arrest and charged with having weapons while under disability. Montgomery was taken to the Washington County Jail.
¯ Deputy Ullom was patrolling the area of Federal Road, Belpre Township. Deputy Ullom observed a male subject, later identified as Myles Lealand Merew, pushing a disabled motorcycle. An active warrant was found on file for Merew and he was placed under arrest on that warrant. Upon searching, a small amount of marijuana was found on his person and a zippered pouch containing methamphetamine and a smoking device were located on the disabled motorcycle. Merew, 44, 10440 Veto Road, Belpre, was placed under arrest and charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of drugs. Myles was also processed into the Washington County Jail on the active warrant.
May 31
¯ Deputy Ullom was patrolling the area of Washington Boulevard and Middle Street, Belpre, when he saw a vehicle westbound on Washington Boulevard fail to stop at a red light. A traffic stop revealed the driver to be Charles E. Kelly, 38, Radabaugh Road, Marietta. A citation was issued to Kelly for failure to obey a traffic control device.
¯ Deputy Schwendeman began an investigation into fraudulent charges made to a bank account totaling more than $2,000.

¯ Myles Lealand Merew, 44, homeless, possession of drugs, a felony; and driving under suspension, possessing drug abuse instruments, contempt of court, fictitious plates and expired plates, all misdemeanors.
¯ Shaun Allen Griffin, 39, Marietta, obstructing official business, OVI and contempt of court, all misdemeanors.
¯ Tina Marie Curry-Dentall, 56, Marietta, possession of drugs and probation violation, both felonies.
June 2
¯ Deputy Gainer was dispatched to Veto Circle, Dunham Township, about an abandoned 911 hang up call to dispatch. Contact was made at the residence, where it was reported that Donald Wilson had assaulted the resident. Wilson had grabbed the victim by the throat, strangling them. Attempts to locate Wilson were unsuccessful. Deputy Gainer requested and was issued a warrant for Donald Joseph Wilson, age 36, 176 Veto Circle, Belpre, through Marietta Municipal Court on a charge of strangulation.
¯ Lt. Hornbeck and Deputy Windland were dispatched to Marietta Memorial Hospital Belpre Campus to serve a felony warrant on David M. Persons. Persons was in an exam room and was searched in relation to the arrest. At that time deputies located a baggie with a white crystal- looking substance inside. Testing identified the substance as methamphetamine, found to weigh 10.46 grams. A warrant is being requested through Marietta Municipal Court for possession of drugs on David M. Persons, 60, 482 Grand St., Coolville.
¯ Deputy Tucker began an investigation in Decatur Township in reference to a package stolen from a porch after it was delivered.
¯ Sgt. Painter was patrolling the 13000 block of Ohio 7, Warren Township, when he saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the oncoming lane. A speed of 80 mph in a posted 60 mph zone was confirmed by radar. A traffic stop was made on the vehicle, driven by Quinton A. Lockhart, 113 Stone Road, Belpre. A citation was issued to Lockhart for speed.
¯ Misty Roxxann Mitchell was taken to the Washington County Jail in reference to paperwork received from the Circuit Court of Wood County, for the arrest of Mitchell. Mitchell was identified by her name, date of birth, and Social Security number. The warrant states that Mitchell’s bond has been revoked. Misty Roxxann Mitchell, 33, 1104 Long Run Road, Flemington, W.Va., was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
