¯ Joseph Dexter Hesson, 25, Coolville, parole violation, a felony; and theft and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.
¯ Benjamin Dwight, 28, Cleveland Heights, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.
¯ Dustin Lee McKnight, 38, Belpre, possession of drug abuse instruments and domestic violence, both misdemeanors; and possession of drugs, a felony.
¯ Roger William Duff, 66, Belpre, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
¯ Coree Gene Johnson, 31, Parkersburg, failure to register as an arson offender, a felony.
¯ Kelly Jane Farnsworth, 35, Marietta, probation violation, a felony.
¯ Adam Dale Mason, 39, Belpre, possession of drugs, two counts, both felonies.
¯ Kayleigh Ann Oates, 37, Williamstown, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, a misdemeanor.
¯ Alisha Lynn Clark, 50, Marietta, breach of recognizance and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

¯ Sherri Ray Michael-Deabreu, 38, South Point, Ohio, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse, a felony.

¯ Trent Dwight Mason, 34, Marietta, theft, a felony.
¯ Peyton Dillon Williams, 21, Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Sept. 3
¯ Extra patrol requests and residence checks were completed.
¯ Civil process paperwork and/or warrants were served or attempted to be served.
¯ Litter grant hours were worked in the county.
¯ Alisha L Clark, Marietta, was arrested on warrants and transported to the Washington County Jail.
¯ Deputies assisted a subject in Muskingum Township regarding a disorderly situation.
¯ Pomeroy PD arrested Stoney Day on a felony warrant. Subject was turned over to WCSO and transported to the Washington County Jail.
¯ A subject in Marietta Township reported a possible theft which was determined to be a civil matter.
¯ A parent could not locate their child at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Areas were checked and the child was later located
¯ A suspicious vehicle was checked in Ludlow Township, finding the subjects to be camping and everything was fine.
¯ A Lawrence Township resident reported a possible entry into a home. This was checked and believed nothing had been tampered with.
¯ There were six 911 hang up calls. All calls were confirmed accidental, or no contact could be made.

¯ The Ohio State Highway Patrol requested our assistance in Waterford Township.
¯ A Warren Township resident reported a juvenile ran away. Subject was found at a friend's home and returned.
¯ A welfare check was requested on a Dunham Township resident. Everything was fine.
¯ A theft was reported at a business/auction in Barlow Township. The items were located and returned to the owner.
¯ Extra patrol requests and residence checks were completed.
¯ Civil process paperwork and/or warrants were served or attempted to be served.
¯ Information was requested on rights regarding a rental apartment and the eviction process.
¯ An alarm from a business in Adams Township was checked, finding it to be accidental.
¯ A Muskingum Township resident requested information regarding harassment.
¯ A deputy stopped in Pioneer Township to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
¯ A deputy stopped to assist a subject with his vehicle. Subject was fixing trailer lights and was on his way.

¯ Mark William Dunn, 71, Coolville, theft, a misdemeanor.
Sept. 5
¯ School zones were patrolled before and after school.
¯ Civil process paperwork and/or warrants were served or attempted to be served.
¯ A deputy checked a suspicious vehicle at a business after hours. No criminal activity was observed.
¯ A welfare check was requested on a subject in Marietta Township. Her phone had been dead and she overslept. There were no problems.
¯ A resident requested assistance regarding locks added to a storage building. They were advised of their civil options.
¯ A welfare check was requested due to a subject possibly squatting with a resident. Subjects were advised of their rights and the eviction process.
¯ A subject wanted it noted that he had a BB hole in his vehicle window.
¯ A deputy spoke with a side-by-side rider on a county road. The driver was advised of the laws for riding on the roadway.
¯ A welfare check was requested for subjects with children, due to the living conditions. No one was home when the residence was checked.
¯ A deputy responded to an alarm in Belpre Township. It was found to be accidental. No problems were found at the home.
¯ Deputies checked a residence for three runaway juveniles from the state of Oklahoma. The juveniles were located and, per the responsible agency, were left in the care of an adult in Washington County until arrangements could be made to return them home.
¯ A deputy responded to an alarm at a business in Barlow Township. Buildings were secure.
¯ A welfare check was requested on a subject in Waterford Township. Subjects were found to be okay.
¯ A Grandview Township resident had given permission to a subject to use their vehicle and the subject will not return their calls. Attempts to contact the subject met with negative results.
¯ A report was made about a wife and husband in a verbal dispute. When advised to separate until law enforcement could arrive, the call was ended. On call-back, dispatch was advised nothing physical had occurred, only verbal. A deputy confirmed this and the subjects were advised of disorderly charges if the behavior continued.
¯ A report was received on three subjects in a verbal dispute. A deputy confirmed this was only verbal and advised the subjects of disorderly charges if the behavior continued.
¯ Assistance was given to the Beverly Police Department on a call of subject(s) shooting.
¯ A report of domestic violence was made in Wesley Township. A response to the area and a meeting with the subjects confirmed nothing physical occurred.
¯ A Marietta Township resident reported someone knocking on her door after 10 p.m. The area was checked but nothing out of the ordinary was observed and there were no signs of any subjects.
¯ Deputies assisted Athens County 911 with a subject who had made threats of harm.
¯ Five 911 hang up calls were received.
¯ Sgt. Det. McKee began an investigation into a scam.
Sept. 6
¯ Two 911 hang up calls were received.
¯ Deputies responded to Fairfield Township to an alarm. The alarm was found to be accidental.
¯ School zone patrols were completed.
¯ A welfare check was completed on an individual who had not reported to work. Everything was found to be fine.
¯ St. Marys PD requested assistance at a residence in Newport.
