¯ One 911 hang up call was received.
¯ A deputy checked a vehicle parked in the early morning hours at Frontier Local.
¯ A deputy checked subjects around a business in Dunham Township. They were looking through trash and were advised to be on their way.
¯ A deputy checked a vehicle parked at a business in Dunham Township. No one was located around the vehicle.
¯ Deputies responded to a Wesley Township business having issues with a customer who would take items and leave without paying. The business asked that the subject be trespassed from the business. The subject was gone upon arrival of law enforcement and could not be located.
¯ A deputy assisted Belpre Police Department on a case investigation, per their request.
¯ A deputy met with subjects about posts/photographs made by other individuals that were on Facebook. The subjects were advised of their options.
¯ A welfare check was requested on a subject in Watertown Township. The subject was fine, and will be contacting the caller.
¯ A report was made of a registration sticker removed from a vehicle. The incident occurred in Wood County.
¯ A welfare check was conducted on an individual in Fairfield Township.
¯ A welfare check was conducted on a subject in Adams Township.
¯ A report was made of subjects yelling at their children and threatening their dog. Deputy met with subjects and learned this was a mutual incident. All subjects were advised that charges of disorderly conduct could be filed.
¯ A deputy stood by to assist the Reno Volunteer Fire Department Squad and the Ohio State Highway Patrol on an accident on Ohio 7 where a deer was struck.
¯ Lt. Brown and other deputies responded to 1045 Sandhill Rd. Lot 32, Marietta, to attempt service of an active warrant on Branden Ramage. Multiple individuals were observed inside the home and upon deputies' contact at the front door, those subjects could be seen running to the back of the home. Makayla Wright came to the door and stated there were four people in the home, including Ramage. Deputies made their way through the residence and contacted a male and a female in the back. Those subjects were acting as if they were asleep and did not hear law enforcement. The female, Samantha Somers, was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. The male initially gave a false name and false date of birth, but was eventually identified by his Ohio driver's license as Jason Dick, who had two warrants for his arrest. Dick and Somers denied knowing who Ramage was and said he wasn't in the home, and also denied running to the back bedroom when deputies knocked on the front door. Wright stated she believed Ramage was in the bedroom. Upon checking the bedroom, a white crystal substance was found on a mirror. The substance was later found to weigh 0.78 grams. Also found was a glass container with a white crystal substance inside. Wright was asked about the crystal substance and she said it was meth, and that they liked to party when she didn't have her child at the house. Ultimately, Ramage was found hiding and was removed from the location and placed under arrest on the active warrant. Ramage at first denied any knowledge of the white crystal substance. However, once learning Wright was being arrested for possession, he stated the meth was his. Jason Anthony Dick, 45, 416 Ramblewood Drive, Patriot, Ohio, was placed under arrest and charged with obstructing official business, along with the outstanding warrant. Makayla Lynn Wright, 27, 1045 Sandhill Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs. Branden Dwight Ramage, 29, 1045 Sandhill Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs, along with the outstanding warrant. Samantha Josephine Somers, 34, 165 Starlite Drive Lot 30, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with obstructing official business, along with the outstanding warrant. All subjects were taken to the Washington County Jail for processing.
¯ Deputy Peters and K9 Timmy were on patrol and Peters observed a vehicle with Ohio registration fail to stop before a stop bar at Wooster Street, Pioneer Township. The driver also did not make a complete stop at the stop sign before entering the intersection. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Isaac D. Blair, was found to not have a valid license. Blair was asked for consent to search the vehicle and he said yes. A search of the vehicle yielded a plastic baggie that was empty, a glasses container with a glass smoking device and a pouch with a clear plastic baggie containing 0.89 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Isaac Donte Blair, 27, 404 Fulton Road, Marietta, was arrested for possession of drugs.
¯ Deputy Schwendeman began an investigation in Marietta Township about a direct deposit being sent to a different routing number and financial institution.
¯ Deputy Derkin began an investigation about an assault involving juveniles.
¯ Deputy Peters and K9 Timmy were patrolling and Peters observed a silver van with Ohio registration make an improper lane change at Second and Church streets in Pioneer Township. A traffic stop was conducted. The driver was identified and asked to exit the vehicle. Deputy Peters was able to see a foil in plain view in the door pane, with a cut straw on the floorboard. Peters spoke with Edward Conley, the front seat passenger. Conley was asked to step from the vehicle, as well. Conley exited the vehicle and a glass bubble commonly used to smoke methamphetamines was observed in plain view. Conley admitted to having methamphetamines in his pocket. A search of Conley revealed 1.03 grams of a crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamines. Also located was blue powder wrapped in foil and weighing 1.39 grams. Edward Ray Conley, 58, 212 Oakwood Ave., Marietta, was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail on a charge of possession of drugs.

¯ Bobbie Lee Degamore, 33, New Matamoras, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
¯ Coleton Ray Beagle, 20, Malta, three counts of probation violation, two misdemeanors and one felony.
