Waterford holds homecoming

Waterford High School’s Homecoming week will take place October 2nd to October 7th. Students will partake in activities throughout the week such as volleyball, ultimate frisbee, relay races, four corner dodgeball, and tug of war. Wednesday evening will include Powder Puff volleyball and football. After the football game, a movie will be shown on the football field.

On Friday, a pep rally will be held with the band, cheerleaders, pep club and student council to prepare the student body for the football game against Harrison Central.

The Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned during half time of the homecoming game. The Waterford High School Homecoming Court are seniors Alexis Franchino, Julia Jaeger, Sophia Huffman, Lakyn Brooker, Cooper Arnold, Judson Cooper, Caden McDougle, Jarrett Armstrong, juniors Cami Ponchak and John Klintworth, sophomores Cira Ponchak and Weston Hennes, and freshmen Brooklyn Cooper and Mason Dildine.

The Homecoming dance will be Halloween themed and take place Saturday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Waterford High School gym.
