Reservations are now being accepted for the Christmas Day Feast, an annual meal in Marietta open to everyone.
The Feast is planned for 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 25, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Harmar Village. About 250 people can be served there, but with carryout and delivery services offered as well, volunteers are preparing to serve more than 800 people, said Bruce Haas, project manager and one of the founders of the event 10 years ago.
For the second year, transportation will be offered courtesy of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5108 van. Entertainment will once again be provided by the Puls Family Trio.
