The Castle’s Night at the Museum event slated for Nov. 18

The Castle will host Night at the Museum tours from 6:30-8 p.m. Nov. 18, featuring famous and lesser-known historical figures with local connections.
Tours begin every 15 minutes and last about an hour and 15 minutes. There is a limit of 10 guests per group. Admission is $10 per person and advance registration is recommended.
Those on the tours will gain new perspectives and a deeper understanding of these people and events that have influenced the present:
Hannah Nye, a Castle resident portrayed by Rebecca Phillips. Nye's short tenure at the house was a rollercoaster of life events.
≤ Helen Josephy, one of the first female travel writers, portrayed by Julie Casto.
≤ William Mills, one of Marietta's most renowned philanthropists, portrayed by Steve Casto.
≤ David Putnam, an active local abolitionist and conductor on the Underground Railroad, portrayed by Scott Britton.
≤ Edward Schramm, a turn-of-the-century small business owner and one of the first leading florists of Marietta. He will be portrayed by Kyle Yoho.
≤ Willia Cotton, a librarian, local historian, author and overall woman-of-many-firsts in our local history, portrayed by Charlie McClung.
