Washington County Grand Jury indicts 22

A Marietta man was indicted on charges of pandering by a Washington County Grand Jury Thursday afternoon.
John Benjamin Vineyard, 40, 844 Greene St., Unit 2, Marietta, was accused of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person on Oct. 30, 2023, at his residence and was charged with 10 second-degree felony counts of pandering.
Among 21 other defendants also indicted were:
≤ Joshua Andrew Nuzum, 38, 500 Tile Plant Road SE Lot 1, New Lexington, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from November 2022.
≤ Stephanie Amber Austin, 24, homeless, burglary, a second-degree felony; trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony, breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Jan. 2.
≤ Mark A. Bennett, 34, Marietta, domestic violence, a third-degree felony, from Jan. 5.
≤ Jessica Marie Garcia, 32, Marietta, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, from Jan. 5.
≤ Destinee Patience Farnsworth, 28, homeless, two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, from November and December 2023.
≤ Kevin Oliver Ford, 53, 27150 State Route 7, Marietta, possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, and three counts of counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, from December 2023.
≤ Scott C. Garber, 51, 1633 Hebron Road, St. Marys, two counts of nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, from January 2022 to December 2023.
≤ Co-defendants Ashley N. Henthorn, 36, 2402 Norris Ave., Belpre, and Brittany N. Bias, 35, 1608 Liberty St., Parkersburg, combined charges of breaking and entering, theft, and aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies; criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor; and failure to comply with open container or beer or liquor laws, a minor misdemeanor, from December 2023. Henthorn was also indicted on a charge of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor, from December 2023.
≤ Jacob K. Laurence, no age nor address listed, breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and arson and petty theft, both first-degree misdemeanors, from October 2021.
≤ Joseph Leon Law, 45, 321 Walnut St., Belpre, trafficking in marihuana, a third-degree felony, and possession of marihuana, a fifth-degree felony, from January 2023. The charges also listed 13 specifications for forfeiture of a gun in a drug case as well as one specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case.
≤ Joshua Dwayne Streight, 36, 4245 Cats Creek Road, theft from a person in a protected class, a third-degree felony, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony, from June 2021 to May 2023.
≤ Co-defendants Joseph Franklin Wells Jr., 33, 401 Main St., New Matamoras, Victoria Hendershot, no age nor address listed, Chelsea Marie Curry, 34, 34401 State Route 7, Newport, and Donavon Michael Boley, 27, 2850 Milltown Road, Reno, on combined charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony; grand theft, a fourth-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony, from January 2022 to November 2022. Boley was also indicted on a charge of falsification in a theft offense, a first-degree misdemeanor, from July 2022. In a separate case, Wells was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, from February and April 2023.
≤ Darius Deon Robinson, 34, 503 Winding Willow Way, Columbus, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, all fourth-degree felonies; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; two counts of felonious assault, both a second and first-degree felony; and resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, from Jan. 10.
≤ James Arthur Henes Jr., Marietta, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony, from December 2023 and Jan. 15.
