A Little Hocking man Wednesday was indicted on charges of pandering by the Washington County Grand Jury.
Michael James Barber, 46, 100 Oak Drive, was accused of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person from Jan. 1 through Dec. 1, 2023, at his residence and 15 second-degree felonies of pandering.
The grand jury returned indictments against 24 defendants on Wednesday.
Also charged were:
≤ Myles Lealand Merew, 44, 10440 Veto Road, Belpre: aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony, from May 2023.
≤ Kristopher Lee Davis, 36, 63 Woodford Lane, Watertown: two charges of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree and a fifth-degree felony, from February 2022.
≤ Tre Michael Hughes, 30, Parkersburg: domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; and violating a protective order, a fifth-degree felony, from August 2023.
≤ Co-defendants Rodney Duane Shriver, 33, 839 High St., Nelsonville, and Jonathan Cole Moore, 29, 68 1/2 North Seventh St., McConnelsville: kidnapping, a first-degree felony; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and a combined charge of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies, from Jan. 2. Shriver also was indicted for failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from November 2023.
≤ Crystal Lynn Williams, 35, 207 1/2 E. Montgomery St., Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2022.
≤ Rebecca Jean Smith, 51, 39780 Union Ave., Pomeroy: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from July 2023.
≤ Cary Ray Hodge, 49, 8242 N. Pisgah Ridge Road, McConnelsville: menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony, from December 2023.
≤ Thomas Matthew Pearison, 36, 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre: harassment with a bodily substance, a third-degree felony, from December 2023.

≤ Tina Marie Curry Kendall, 57, 112 Knox St., Apt. 15, Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, from May 2023.
≤ Derek Eugene Petry, 44, 266 Muskingum Drive, Apt. D, Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, both third-degree felonies; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony, from June 2023.
≤ Isaiah Howard Ohse, 36, 511 Johnson St., Parkersburg: theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony; and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, from July 2022. The victim of the offense was an elderly person and the theft was various tools and accessories.
≤ Co-defendants Courtney E. Shepherd, 35, Cecelia Schultz, 24, same address, and Adam J. Hadley, 35, all of 809 Brentwood Drive, Belpre: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and three combined charges of two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor, from February 2022.
≤ Timothy Michael Hoffman, 37, 24410 Church St., Coolville: illegal conveyance of drugs and abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, from November 2022.
≤ Joshua Wayne Offenberger, 40, 200 Sparling Road, Waterford: pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, five second- and three fourth-degree felonies, from December 2023.
≤ Jonathan Michael Range, 40, 117 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells: aggravated trafficking of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and engaging in prostitution, a first-degree misdemeanor, from September 2023.
≤ Timothy Lee Chancellor, 48, 1530 School House Road, Belpre: tampering with evidence and having weapons while under disability, both third-degree felonies; engaging in prostitution, a first-degree misdemeanor; and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor, from December 2023.
