Heather Smith of Reno has been promoted to team lead for online sales and customer success for ELPRO Services Inc. in Marietta, which is ELPRO BUCHS-AG's U.S.-based subsidiary serving the Americas.
ELPRO hired Smith in October 2022 as an inside sales representative before she transitioned to the role of customer success representative.
Prior to joining ELPRO, she was employed at Zide's Sport Shop for 21 years, where she worked her way up to manager of the production plant. During her time there, she gained significant customer service experience, which helped prepare her for her role with ELPRO.
In her new position as team lead, Smith is responsible for planning and organizing sales activities, processing orders and providing support to customers. She also provides motivation and support for the customer success team in addition to coordinating with project initiatives and implementing process improvements.
