Washington County Grand Jury indicts 14
The Washington County Grand Jury indicted a Marietta woman for aggravated vehicular assault, operating a vehicle under the influence and disobeying traffic control Wednesday.
Christina Diane Reynolds, 26, 305 Cisler Lane, Marietta, was indicted on a third-degree count of aggravated vehicular assault, two first-degree misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them and one minor misdemeanor of disobeying a traffic control device.
According to court documents, Reynolds caused serious physical harm to another individual at the intersection of Colgate and Muskingum Drive on July 4.
Also indicted by the grand jury were:
* Co-defendants Virgil Thomas Davis, 42, 116 Berry Lane, Marietta, and Chrissy Ann Sheppard, 47, 1435 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells; Davis was charged with two fourth-degree counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and Sheppard was charged with one fifth-degree count of aggravated possession of drugs, all from September 2022. The indictment also listed one specification for forfeiture of a weapon for Davis.
* Dayou Mae Sedaekon Bruce, 23, 19029 Scottsdale Blvd, Shaker Heights; was charged with one fourth-degree felony count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and one fifth-degree felony count of possession of marihuana from February 2023. The indictment also listed one specification for forfeiture of a weapon for Bruce.
* Joshua Darwin Shrader, 35, homeless; was charged with one second-degree misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, one third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence, one third-degree count felony of escape, one fifth-degree count felony of receiving stolen property and one fifth-degree count of breaking and entering from June.
* Janet Nicole Calvert, 39, Marietta; was charged with one first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence and one third-degree felony count and one fourth-degree felony count of strangulation from June.
* Kyle Matthew Williams, 26, Vienna; was charged with one first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence and one third-degree felony count and one fourth-degree felony count of strangulation from May.
* Toni Marie Honchul, 41, 316 Main St., Lowell; was charged with one fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs from September 2022.
* Co-defendants Dakota David Mackey, 31, 2604 Riverview Dr., Belpre, and Torie Melissa Clegg, 35, same address; were charged with one first-degree felony count each of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one first-degree felony count each of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound from July. The indictment also listed two major drug offender specifications, two specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case and four specifications for forfeiture of a cell phone in a drug case.
* Eric Scott Mather, 54, 240 Hillcrest Dr., Apt. 63, Marietta; was charged with one fifth-degree felony count of violating a protection order from June.
* Ryan Eugene Paxton, 37, Waterford; was charged with one first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence, one first-degree misdemeanor count of endangering children, one first-degree misdemeanor count of using weapons while intoxicated, one second-degree felony count of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or a school safety zone and one first-degree felony count of aggravated burglary from July.
* Travis Eugene Williams, 28, Lowell; was charged with one first-degree misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, one fourth-degree felony count of assault, one fourth-degree felony count and one third-degree felony count of strangulation, one third-degree felony count of domestic violence and one second-degree felony count of robbery from July.
* Jeffrey Morgan Cottrell, 58, 60 Silver Globe Rd., Marietta; was charged with one fourth-degree felony count of disrupting public services from May.
