BEVERLY — A Beverly sports apparel shop started as an idea that has grown to be a supplier for local high schools.

Diane Rock of Rock Box on Fifth Street has been in business for 22 years.

Rock Box specializes in athletic apparel and supplies teams from Morgan, Waterford, Fort Frye and Warren high schools. The store has hats, shirts, jerseys and jackets and sells licensed NFL and NCAA items including apparel and products for Notre Dame and Ohio State.

Rock does embroidery. There are no minimum orders.

“I do all the local varsity jackets,” she said.

The store is located at 206 Fifth St. in downtown Beverly. The phone number is 740-984-1000.

Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The store is closed Saturday and Sunday.
