The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 23 people Thursday, many of whom were indicted on drug-related offenses.

Those indicted include:

* Rodger Lee Smith, 46, 173 Riverview Estates, St. Marys: possession of fentanyl, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

* Jessica Dawn Drake, 38, last known address 113 Dayton Road, Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony. In a separate indictment against Drake: aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Harold Nelson Joy, 60, 165 Starlite Drive, Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

* Stratton Wade Johnson; 34, 205 Faye Ave., Marietta: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

* Makayla Christine McAtee, 27, 129 Franklin St., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

* Kristin Nicole Dutcher, 42, 400 Oak St., Marietta: endangering children, a fourth-degree felony; possession of drugs, a misdemeanor of the first-degree.

* Demerio Nyseir Bentley, 37, 644 W. Third St., Mansfield, Ohio: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; two counts of trafficking of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony; specifications for the forfeiture of cash and cell phones.

* Khalib Asad Bond, 27, 6047 Manor House Way, Dublin, Ohio: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; trafficking of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Raheem Jawuan Washington, 29, 598 Arlington Ave., Mansfield: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; trafficking of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony; failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

* Christina Lynn Kincaid, 30, 391 Echo Valley Road, Waterford: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; trafficking of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony; and specifications for the forfeiture of a cell phone in a drug case.

* Jamie Gail Brookover, 48, 1264 31st St., Parkersburg: two counts of aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony. In another indictment, aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Darin Michael Craig, 29, 326 Sixth St., Marietta: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

* Alex Rene Hupp, 29, 1020 ½ Swann St., Parkersburg: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

* James C. Mitchell, 32, last known address 48128 State Highway 194 E, Majestic, Ky.: failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony.

* Russell Brian Bibbee, 67, 9826 Elizabeth Pike, Elizaveth: aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; with specifications for the forfeiture of money, guns, a scale and a cell phone in a drug case.

* Nicole Dawn Wiseman, 34, 3270 E. Fifth Ave., Columbus: aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Sara Faylian Michelle Wilson, 32, 180 Caywood Road, Marietta; felonious assault, a second-degree felony; assault, a first-degree felony.

* Darren Craig Farnese, 30, 1344 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg: aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and aggravated trafficking of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Hailey B. Wright, 28, 1823 Bender Road, Marietta: aggravated vehicular assault, a fifth-degree felony; failure to stop after an accident, a fifth-degree felony; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drug abuse or a combination of, a first-degree misdemeanor.

* Brian A. Yoder, 23, 2190 State Route 62, Winesburg, Ohio: receiving stolen property,

* Amanda Lynn Phillips, 34, 619 Hill St. Rear, Williamstown: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Ryan Willard Ewing, 36, 561 Ewing Ridge Road, Parkersburg: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

* Keith Lamar Ervin Bowers, 54, 911 Berkeley Road, Columbus: possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.
