The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the following reports:

— Louis A. Guy, 57, 47 Cross St., Glouster, driving a 2001 Kenworth W900, owned by Big Daddy Trucking, 8445 Pisgah Church Lane, Glouster, was traveling southbound on State Route 555 in Union Township June 30 when he went off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected back onto the roadway, overturned and went off the left side of the roadway. Guy had no known injuries and was charged with failure to control.

— William N. Hockenberry, 80, 30875 State Route 7, Marietta, driving a 2025 Nissan Rogue, and Dustin R. Payne, 41, 27761 State Route 7, Marietta, driving a 2023, owned by the State of Ohio, 1970 W. Broad St., Columbus, were traveling eastbound on County Road 20 in Newport Township July 1 when Hockenberry backed up in the roadway and struck Payne. No injuries were reported and Hockenberry was charged with improper starting and backing.

— David A. Hearn, 30, 11501 County Road 9, Newport, driving a 2023 Subaru Impreza, and an unknown driver in a white vehicle, were traveling northbound on State Route 7 in Marietta July 2 when the unknown driver made an improper lane change due to a work zone and struck Hearn. No charges were listed.

— An unknown driver in a log truck was traveling southbound on County Road 26 in Decatur Township July 3 when it struck an overhead utility line and continued on. No charges were listed. AEP was on scene for repairs and Windstream Telephone Service Company declined to respond to the scene.

— Donna L. Arnold, 86, 150 Bloxham Road, Waterford, driving a 2020 GMC Terrain, was turning left onto Camp Hervida Road, from State Route 339 northbound in Watertown Township July 4, when William D. Hart, 54, 21 Salvage Lane, Vienna, driving a 2016 Chrysler 300, was stopped on Camp Hervida Road at State Route 339. Arnold failed to stay on her side of the roadway and struck Hart. No injuries were listed and Arnold was charged with not obeying vehicles traveling in opposite directions.

— Andrew M. Lowe, 24, 1238 Sand Ridge Road, Waterford, driving a 2007 Toyota Corolla, was traveling northbound on County Road 4 in Waterford Township July 7 in inclement weather, when he drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and embankment and overturned in the ditch. It was found that Lowe’s tires had low tread and caused the accident to happen. Lowe had no known injuries and was charged with driving an unsafe and prohibited vehicle.

— Brandon J. Ullom, 36, 1106 47th St., Vienna, driving a 2021 GMC Acadia, owned by Dawn Spencer, 805 Mellow Yellow Lane, Bucyrus, OH, was traveling southbound on County Road 2 in Belpre July 7 when he struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries or charges were listed.
