Washington County Grand Jury indicts 19

The Washington County Grand Jury announced the indictment of 19 individuals Wednesday afternoon.

The 19 individuals indicted included the following:

— Thomas Dean Joy, 35, last known address 1220 East Branch Road, Lowell, was indicted for failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from April 29.

— Heather L. Wagner, 50, last known address 809 Gilman Avenue, Marietta, was indicted for failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony, from July 14.

— Co-defendants Thomas Eugene Stevens III, 45, 400 16th St., Parkersburg, and William Patrick Huft, 71, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, were indicted on separate charges. Stevens was indicted for possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, from March 2023. Huft was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from March 2023.

— Ryan Adam Dye, 40, 35 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from Feb. 11.

— Co-defendants Keith Allen Drake, 38, 904 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, and Kayla Maye Rogers, 36, same address, were both indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies, from July 2024. Drake was also indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies, from June 2024.

— Co-defendents Ruben Lewis Aguilar, 37, 208 Ryder Avenue, Clarksburg, and Ryan Marcel Austin, 33, 1475 Munroe Falls Avenue, Cuyahoga, were indicted on separate charges. Aguilar was indicted for possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony, trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024. Austin was indicted for two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from October 2024.

— Co-defendents Kolia LaKrystal Garrett, 22, 880 Hammel St., Akron; Shyann Nicole McLeod, 24, 1662 Shriver Avenue, Canton; Roland Marshall Reddick, 29, 3007 6th St., Canton; and Myonna Jenee Boykins, 21, 2315 Eastlawn Avenue, Akron, were all indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, from May 2024. The indictments also included three specifications for forfeiture of a cell phone in a drug case and two specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case.

— Adam Mohemud Elhady, 21, 11461 Sobieski St., Hamtramck, MI, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from June 2024.

— Dalton Matthew Ball, 27, 26820 State Route 7, Marietta, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies, from April 1.

— Christopher Carl Douglas, 59, 140 Maple St., Newport, was indicted for two counts of strangulation, a third and fourth-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, from June 2025.

— Andrew Keith Porter, 36, 545 Stapf Road, Waterford, was indicted for disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony, strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, unlawful restraint, a third-degree misdemeanor, domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, and attempted arson, a second-degree misdemeanor, from July 6.

— Garland A. Ritchey, 48, 700 Barclay St., Lot 5, Belpre, was indicted for strangulation, a third-degree felony, domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and unlawful restraint, a third-degree misdemeanor, from July 11.

— Chance Schneider, 27, 554 Champion School Road, Belleville, was indicted for strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, and unlawful restraint, a third-degree misdemeanor, from July 9.
