Wood County Grand Jury indicts 15

PARKERSBURG — A special session of the Wood County Grand Jury resulted in the indictments of 15 people on Monday.
Those indicted included:
— Jeremy Randall Adkins, 50, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts each of malicious assault and domestic battery and one count of unlawful restraint from June.
— Jason Lee Allman, 39, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, attempted petit larceny and obstructing an officer from January.
— Brittany Nicole Bell, 34, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods, possession of stolen goods, false pretenses and conspiracy to commit a felony from May; three counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance from March; and one count each of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance from March.
— Mark Christopher Brown, 36, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods, possession of stolen goods, false pretenses and conspiracy to commit a felony from May. Co-defendant James Lee Hall, 46, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of possession of stolen goods, attempted false pretenses and conspiracy to commit a felony from May.
— William Gale Everett, 37, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of cruelty to animals from December.
— Daniel Ryan Facemyre, 25, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of second-degree sexual assault from April.
— Timothy Aric Fulks, 45, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance from February to March and one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and second-offense maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances from April.
— Evan Lee Grimes, 18, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of grand larceny and obstruction from February.
— Bridgette L. Heuer, 44, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail and possession of a controlled substance from February.
— Phillip Joseph Humphries, 50, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of escape, fleeing from a police officer and obstructing an officer from May.
— Hunter Triphers Piatt, 34, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, fleeing from a police officer and false reporting to a law enforcement officer from June.
— Jerry Lentz Saintvil, 36, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on five counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each of maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances and transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail from January.
— Ronald Bruce Sheridan, 54, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance from May.
— Paula Jean Walker, 38, North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of forgery of a public record or certificate and obstructing an officer from May 2023.
