A track hoe moves dirt as work continues on the replacement of a large culvert under Ohio 339 near the Ohio 550 intersection in Barlow. One lane of traffic switched from the west to the east side of the highway last week. The intersection is normally a four-way stop but is being controlled by a traffic light while the work is being done. Work on the $843,742 project by contractor Buds Inc. is expected to be completed in September, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation District 10.
