The Washington County Grand Jury indicted 23 people this week, including two residents from Malta.

Tony Ray Fischer, 63, 2031 Rabbit Goins Lane, Malta, and Kelly Scott Goins, 45, 1917 Rabbit Goins Lane, Malta, were indicted on one third-degree felony count each of burglary, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance and having weapons while under disability, plus one first-degree misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property from June.

Fischer was also indicted on a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence. Co-defendant Myranda Renee Wilson, 38, 311 Third St., Beverly, was indicted on one third-degree felony count of complicity in the commission of an offense, also in June.

The other indictments included:

— Kirk A. Mason, 37, 239 Muskingum Drive, Marietta; one fifth-degree felony count each of theft, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering from November 2021 through January 2022.

— Clarence E. Parson, 60, 511 N. Rutherford St., Wadesboro, N.C.; fifth-degree felony misuse of credit cards.

— Christopher Shawn Kimble, 33, 2708 Linden St., Parkersburg; one fourth-degree felony count each of grand theft and receiving stolen property.

— Juan Jabar Richards, 44, 1663 E. Main St., Lancaster; two third-degree felony counts of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and one count each of second-degree felonious assault, third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fourth-degree felony assault, all from May 2024.

— Linda Sue Miller, 49, 411 Pennock Drive, Apt. C2, Beverly; fifth-degree felony theft from May.

— Taylor Anthony Hendrickson, 29, 1620 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta; second-degree felony aggravated arson and fourth-degree felony arson from January 2024.

— Marc Lewis Jaeger, 57, 488 Muskingum Drive, Marietta; one second-degree felony count each of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs from January.

— Darren Craig Farnese, 31, and Shasta Danyelle Farnese, 25, 27335 State Route 7, Lot 8, Marietta; one third-degree felony count each of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and tampering with evidence.

— Kimberly Dawn Eddy, 39, 536 Millgate Road, Marietta, and Brandon Antjuan Doughty, 37, 7060 Springhouse Lane, Columbus; both received individual indictments of fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony trafficking in cocaine, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, and fourth-degree trafficking in drugs.

In a separate case, Eddy and Doughty both received individual indictments of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both first-degree felonies. In yet another case, Eddy was indicted on two counts aggravated possession of drugs and two counts aggravated trafficking of drugs, all third-degree felonies. Eddy was also indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, in another case.

— Stratton Wade Johnson, 34, 205 Fay Ave., Marietta; aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs and tampering with evidence, all third-degree felonies.

In a separate case, Johnson was indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

— Kristi Lanae Day, 46, 125 Third St., Beverly; one fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, two third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, one second-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, one fourth-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs, two third-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs and one second-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs.

— Roxianne Marie Drennen, 36, 500 13th St., Apartment 300, Parkersburg; fifth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

In a separate case, Drennen was indicted for fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance.

— Matthew Wayne Rosier, 36, 290 Ridgewood Drive, Apartment H, Marietta; third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree aggravated trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and fifth-degree felony trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound.

— John Craig Daniels, 62, 708 Front St., Apartment 22, Marietta; three counts of fourth-degree felony assault and three counts of fifth-degree obstruction justice.

— Christopher Allen Ridgeway, 45, 107 ½ Main St., New Matamoras; fourth-degree felony attempted tampering with evidence, third-degree tampering with evidence and a fifth-degree felony possession criminal tools.

— Jason Adam Szakal, 45, 4505 Whipple Run Road, Whipple; second-degree felony felonious assault, first-degree felony kidnapping, fourth-degree felony domestic violence, fourth-degree disrupting public services, and two counts of two third-degree felony tampering with evidence.

— Emily Danielle Lowers, 320 Fifth St., Lowell, and Larry Thomas Goodwin, 30, 320 Fifth St., Lowell, were indicted as co-defendants. Lowers was indicted on eight counts of first-degree misdemeanor endangering children. Goodwin was indicted on three counts of first-degree misdemeanor endangering children.

— Eric Gordon Pangle, 55, 19762 Altavista Ave., Caldwell; fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance.

— Thomas Owen Wayne Jr., 61, 872 Cole Ave., Akron ; fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance.

— Mark Andrew Lowers, 3761 Bell Road, Vincent; fourth-degree felony failure to appear as required by recognizance.
