– An unknown driver in an unidentified vehicle was traveling northbound on Ohio 7 in Warren Township Oct. 20 when they traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a large rock, utility pole, jet ski trailer, fuel tank and a car. The unknown driver fled the scene after the crash. A 2007 Toyota RAV 4 and a 2012 Chevy Sonic, owned by AWL Auto and Truck LLC, 301 Washington Blvd., Belpre, owner Alan Lemon, were hit during the crash. No injuries were reported and no charges were listed.

– Ashley N. Shaffer, 24, 35 Vaughn Road, Cutler, driving a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander, was traveling southbound on Ohio 555 in Decatur Township Oct. 21, when she struck a deer that was attempting to cross the roadway. No injuries were reported and no charges were listed.

– Shirley L. Boswell, 70, 2100 Hill St., Apt. B., Belpre, driving a 2008 Dodge Nitro, was traveling westbound on US-50 in Belpre Township Oct. 23 when she struck a deer that was attempting to cross the roadway. No injuries were reported and no charges were listed.
