– Brandy M. Graham, 29, 300 Starlite Dr., Lot 42, Marietta, driving a 2017 Honda Pilot, owned by Jamie Jones, same address, was traveling northbound on Ohio 7 in Marietta Township in inclement weather Nov. 18 when she failed to maintain control, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and a 2022 Ford F-350 owned by Steven D. Zechman, 5073 Cow House Road, Sistersville, W.Va. Graham had suspected minor injuries and was taken by Marietta Fire Department EMS to Marietta Memorial Hospital. Graham was charged with failure to maintain control.

– Carl F. Whitacre, 63, 35520 State Route 537, Graysville, driving a 2020 Ford EcoSport, and Chelsea M. Bone, 37, 34735 State Route 7, Sardis, driving a 2019 Ford F-150, were both traveling northbound on Ohio 7 in Grandview Township in an active school zone Nov. 19 when Whitacre failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead and rear ended Bone. Both Whitacre and Bone had suspected minor injuries and were checked out on scene by Grandview Township EMS. Whitacre was charged with not maintaining assured clear distance.

– Aaron T. Cord, 47, 860 Colgate Drive, Marietta, driving a 2015 Ford Expedition, owned by Perry and Associates CPA Jodey Altier, 313 Second St., Marietta, was traveling southbound on Ohio 821 in Muskingum Township Nov. 21 while Janet L. Miller, 58, 5411 Country Road 201, Millersburg, driving an unknown vehicle, was traveling northbound on Ohio 821 when Cord went left of center and struck Miller. No injuries were reported. Cord was charged with failure to obey traffic control devices.

– Dennis Charles J.B. Crockett, 48, 108 Third St., Apt. A., Belpre, driving a 2023 Chevy Silverado, was traveling southbound on Ohio 339 in Watertown Township Nov. 22 when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch. No injuries were reported and Crockett was charged with failure to maintain control.
