Polls open Tuesday for Washington County elections

Washington County voters will head to the polls Tuesday to decide dozens of local races for township trustees, school boards and city councils, along with several levy issues affecting public services.

Polling places will be open 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. A list of polling places can be found on the Washington County Board of Elections website, https://www.boe.ohio.gov/washington/.

Election results will be updated Tuesday night at mariettatimes.com, with stories on the outcomes online Wednesday and in Thursday’s print edition.

The ballot includes contested seats in Marietta, Belpre and multiple villages and townships, as well as tax levies to support services such as fire protection, emergency response, senior services, developmental disability programs and the county library system.

Marietta

Marietta voters will select members of City Council in all wards and at-large seats.
